I’m a UK-trained physiotherapist with five years of clinical experience and a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy.
I’m passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, including pregnancy, the postnatal period and menopause.
My areas of focus include:

- Urinary incontinence
- Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain
- Musculoskeletal conditions
I love helping women better understand their bodies and feel confident managing their symptoms.

I value detailed assessment and clinical reasoning to ensure treatment is tailored, effective, and meaningful for each individual.
I’m passionate about helping both men and women achieve meaningful improvements in pelvic health and overall quality of life. I specialise in comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor, and I work closely with each person to tailor care that meets their specific needs.

I’m a passionate and results-driven physiotherapist committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Originally from India, my curiosity about the human body and movement led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Science. Now based in Australia and fully accredited with AHPRA, I bring clinical expertise and genuine care to every patient I work with.
- Experience & Expertise: Over the years, I’ve supported individuals across all age groups with musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehab, pre- and post-operative care, and fall prevention. I’m also certified in dry needling, which I use alongside manual therapy and exercise-based rehab to improve recovery and outcomes. I believe in open communication and personalised care—where trust, collaboration, and clear goals are key to successful rehab.
- My Approach: My treatment approach is patient-centred: I focus not just on the condition, but on how it affects your daily life and goals. Combining hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and education, I aim to deliver both short-term relief and long-term results.

Kathryn Brown
Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher
Kathryn is a qualified yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.
After a lifetime of personal yoga practice, she completed 350 hours of yoga teacher training in 2020, with specialised study in prenatal and postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, yin and yoga nidra. She has since completed additional training with 13 Moons Women’s Temple in Kundalini Yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.
Kathryn has extensive experience teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga programs across Brisbane. As a mother of three, she brings both professional training and lived experience to her work.
Her classes are gentle, inclusive and designed to support strength, mobility, relaxation and connection during the transition into motherhood.
