Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment
If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we will simply reschedule your appointment at no cost.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

Your credit card on file will be charged or an invoice will be issued, and payment must be received before any future bookings can be made.
