We want to understand your symptoms, experiences and goals (and any birth details, if relevant).

Posture, movement, abdominal wall and pelvic floor (internal exam only if you want it, the internal exam is always optional and only with your informed consent).

From hands-on treatment to targeted exercises, lifestyle advice, clear steps between sessions and home strategies.

Follow-up guidance, progress checks, clear next steps and when to reach out sooner.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. Medicare/Private health care pathways are available where eligible.

Only if appropriate and only with your consent. We’ll explain options clearly, your comfort comes first.

Typically 45 – 60 minutes so we can assess thoroughly and begin treatment.

Yes, just let us know when booking.

Comfortable clothing you can move in.

We want physiotherapy to be accessible for everyone, so we work with a range of funding models:

  • NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): We see both plan-managed and self-managed participants.
  • WorkCover Queensland: If you’ve been injured at work, we accept WorkCover referrals.
  • Private Physiotherapy: You can book directly without a referral. Private health rebates may apply if you have extras cover.
  • Medicare Care Plans (EPC): If your GP provides a Chronic Disease Management Plan, Medicare may cover part of your sessions.
  • Community Aged Care Packages: Physio can be funded through your home care package provider.
  • Veterans (DVA): We accept DVA referrals for eligible veterans.
  • Bulk Billing: Available only with Vrunda Trivedi

Yes. For some women’s health and community clients, we provide mobile physio visits in the Redlands area. This means we come to you, whether that’s at home, in aged care, or another suitable location. Availability is limited, so please contact us to discuss if mobile physio is the right option for your needs.
