Menopause Physiotherapy in Capalaba & the Redlands
Support, strength, and understanding through menopause.
Menopause is a natural stage of life, but the hormonal changes it brings can affect your body in ways that are frustrating, uncomfortable, or even painful. Our women’s health physiotherapists are here to help you manage symptoms, stay active, and feel confident in your body.
Common Menopause Concerns We Help With
Pelvic Floor Changes:
Reduced estrogen can affect the strength and function of your pelvic floor, leading to bladder leakage, urgency, or heaviness.
Joint & Muscle Pain:
Hormonal changes can cause stiffness, aches, or reduced flexibility, especially in hips, knees, and spine.
Bone Health:
Post-menopause, bone density can decline. We create exercise programs to help protect bone strength.
Balance & Mobility:
Changes in muscle strength and coordination can affect your balance. We’ll help keep you steady and confident.
Confidence & Comfort:
We understand the emotional impact menopause can have. We’ll work with you to find ways to make this stage feel easier.
