Move comfortably and confidently through your pregnancy.

Pregnancy is an exciting time but it can also bring new aches, pains, and changes you weren’t expecting. Our women’s health physiotherapists are here to help you stay active, reduce discomfort, and prepare for birth in a safe, supportive environment.

Common Pregnancy Concerns We Help With

Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP):

Affects up to 1 in 5 women, especially in the second and third trimesters. You might feel pain in your lower back, hips, groin, or pubic bone area.

Your body’s posture changes during pregnancy, sometimes causing aches and tightness.

Hormonal changes, posture, and muscle tension can lead to headaches, we’ll help find the cause and manage it.

We check for abdominal muscle separation (DRAM) and teach ways to protect your core as your belly grows.

Knowing what’s safe during pregnancy can be confusing, we give clear, tailored advice.

Any concerns about pelvic floor function and rehabilitation can be addressed in the physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
